You make an enquiry

To find and request your medicine, simply use our search bar located on the homepage or in the upper right corner. You can search for your medicine by its name or active ingredient. If you prefer, you can also explore medicines by disease area by clicking on “Medicines” in the menu.

Once you’re on the page for your specific medicine, click on “Submit an enquiry” to provide us with your details. The more information you provide, the better we can assist you. Our Patient Support Team will reach out to you promptly to support your request.

If you have a general enquiry, you can also submit it on the Contact Us page. Make sure to mention the name of the medicine you need and specify your preferred delivery location. We’re here to help!

We personally support you in preparing the paperwork

After submitting your enquiry, our dedicated Patient Support Team will reach out to you within 24 hours. They will request the details and documents required to provide you with a quote. The specific documents needed may vary based on the destination country. Rest assured, we are committed to assisting you through this process promptly and efficiently.

Do I need a prescription?

To proceed with your request, you must provide a prescription from your treating doctor in English. If you’re uncertain about what a valid prescription looks like, you can view an example (here).

As part of our protocols, we may contact your treating doctor for verification or additional information. By submitting your prescription, you grant us permission to do so. Our Patient Support Team will inform you of any additional documents required for your specific request.

You receive a quote

How much does it cost?

The price shown on the medicine page is not the final price.

You will receive a detailed quote with the final price that includes:

  • The cost of the medicine as set by the manufacturer
  • Our Named Patient fee
  • The cost of shipping
  • Duties and taxes

Do you accept medical insurance?

Typically, we don’t accept insurance directly. However, we issue an invoice after you make the payment, which you can submit to your medical insurance company for reimbursement. In some specific cases, we may accept insurance. For more details or to discuss payment options, feel free to contact us. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

We send you an order confirmation and arrange delivery

Once you accept the quote, we’ll provide you with an order confirmation containing payment details. After payment, our skilled sourcing and logistics team will initiate the process. They’ll source your medicine and coordinate secure shipping, keeping you informed at every stage.

Your medicine will be dispatched using one of our partner couriers like DHL, UPS, or other specialized cold chain couriers. If you have a preference for a specific courier, simply let us know when placing your order.
