Spegra Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Dolutegravir, Emtricitabine and Tenofovir Alafenamide. It is an anti-HIV medication and works by preventing the action of reverse transcriptase enzyme. This enzyme is responsible for production of HIV.

Pregnancy: Spegra Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Lactation: SAFE IF PRESCRIBED – Ritonavir+Lopinavir is probably safe to use during lactation.

Alcohol: CAUTION – Caution is advised. Please consult your doctor.

Driving: It is not known whether Spegra Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

Liver Warning: Spegra Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor..
