Tadalafil + Dapoxetine is a combination of two medicines : Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, which treat premature ejaculation. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor which works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation and enables its erection following sexual stimulation. Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) which increases the level of serotonin in nerves to improve control over ejaculation and increase the time taken to ejaculate.

Liver Warning: Super Tadarise Tablets should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Kamagra Gold 100mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
There is limited information available on the use of Kamagra Gold 100mg Tablet in patients with severe liver disease.
Kidney Warning: Super Tadarise Tablets is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Extra Super Tadarise ablet is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. A lowering of dose may be considered if it is not well-tolerated.
