What is PEMAZYRE Used For?
PEMAZYRE is approved for the treatment of:
✅ Cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer)
– Locally advanced or metastatic
– With FGFR2 gene fusion or rearrangement
– In patients who have already received prior treatment

✅ Indication:
Advanced Cholangiocarcinoma (Bile Duct Cancer) with confirmed FGFR2 gene fusion or rearrangement after failure of prior systemic therapy.
🔬 Note: FGFR2 gene mutation must be confirmed by molecular diagnostics.
💊 Dosing Schedule:
13.5 mg tablet once daily
14 days on / 7 days off (21-day cycle)
May adjust to 9 mg or 4.5 mg if side effects occur
🔬 Mechanism of Action:
Blocks FGFR1/2/3 receptors, inhibiting tumor growth driven by FGFR mutations (esp. FGFR2 fusion).
