🧬 Indication

 

       Rezurock is FDA-approved for:

  • Treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) in patients aged 12 years and older, who have failed at least two prior lines of systemic therapy.

             cGVHD is a serious complication that occurs after an allogeneic stem cell transplant, where the donor’s immune cells attack the patient’s body.

  • Dosage Form: Oral tablet

  • Available Strength: 200 mg tablet


🧪 Recommended Dose

 

  • 200 mg once daily

  • Taken with or without food

  • Swallow whole; do not crush or chew


⚠️ Side Effects

 

    Common:

  • Fatigue

  • Nausea

  • Increased liver enzymes (AST, ALT)
