- Treatment of IDH1 or IDH2-mutant diffuse glioma
- Used in patients with certain low-grade brain tumors after surgery
⚙️ Mechanism of Action
- Selectively inhibits mutant IDH1 and IDH2 enzymes
- Reduces production of the oncometabolite 2-HG (2-hydroxyglutarate)
- Helps slow tumor growth
💉 Dosage
- 40 mg orally once daily
