Axpero 5 mg Tablet is an anti-cancer medicine used in the treatment of renal cell carcinoma. Renal cell carcinoma, also known as kidney cancer, is a disease in which the cancer or malignant cells grow uncontrollably in the kidney and form a tumour.

Axpero 5 mg Tablet contains Axitinib as an active ingredient, which belongs to the class of medicines known as kinase inhibitors. It works by inhibiting the action of an enzyme (tyrosine kinase) and thus stops the abnormal growth of cancer cells.

💊 Dosage & Administration

 

  • Usual Dose: 5 mg orally twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart (taken with or without food).

  • Administration: Swallow whole; do not break or crush.

  • Missed Dose: If within 6–12 hours of the next dose, skip and resume the regular schedule
