CAZANAT TABLET contains Cabozantinib , which belongs to the group of medicines called Anticancer drugs. It is used in adults to manage advanced kidney cancer. It can also be used in the management of liver cancer and advanced thyroid cancer when management with other conventional cancer medicines (such as sorafenib) and radiotherapy is not responding appropriately Take CAZANAT TABLET on an empty stomach. You should not eat anything for at least 2 hours before and for 1 hour after taking the medicine. Before taking CAZANAT TABLET, inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney, or heart problems. You must also inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure, thyroid problems, inflammatory bowel diseases, abnormal bulging or tears in blood vessels, a recent history of blood clot formation, a stroke, or a heart attack, as a precaution.

Cazanat is indicated for the treatment of:
Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC): Kidney cancer.
Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC): Liver cancer, especially after prior therapy.
Differentiated Thyroid Cancer (DTC): Thyroid cancer that has progressed despite prior treatments.
Recommended Dosage: As prescribed by your physician, based on individual health conditions and response.
Administration: Take on an empty stomach. Do not eat for at least 2 hours before and 1 hour after taking the medication. Swallow tablets whole with water; do not crush or chew.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Not recommended. Use effective contraception during treatment.
Pre-existing Conditions: Inform your doctor if you have liver, kidney, or heart problems, high blood pressure, or a history of blood clots.
Dental Procedures: Maintain good oral hygiene and inform your dentist about this medication before any dental work.
Grapefruit Interaction: Avoid grapefruit and its juice, as it may increase side effects.
